The influence  a community has on its legacy is a major part of that Community welfare.

About Parkside Historical Society

Parkside Historical Society is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to preserving, collecting, and interpreting the historical information and artifacts of Parkside Homes. Created by Paul R Robinson a lifelong former resident of Parkside. Paul saw the need for preservation of the History of the First Public Housing in Detroit, MI. Our mission is to ensure that the legacy of Parkside Homes is protected and celebrated for generations to come.
